Ask them first what they need help with. *figure out if it is a sales call or a customer service/tech support/current customer.
If Sales make sure you get their full name, full company name, state and telephone number prior to transferring them and include in message. If service this information is not necessary but get it if you can.
Transfer to either Sales or Service. If they ask to be transferred to someone specific, and we have their number do so. If they ask for someone else just take a message and email it to Terry.
